Believe it or not, this is Ben. Ben attributes his manly physique to Uncle Dave Chase's workout that he taught him last year. However I (dad) know that Ben inherited more than just his excellent math skills from me... if you know what I mean!

Dave didn't believe this was Ben's body. He told me to write, "Nice pecs, awesome abs, and killer shoulders. You are your way to looking like the next Superman. If you want a new workout let me know. Great job!"
